Nice To Meet You
Why I Became A Therapist
I’ve always been fascinated by questions about meaning, identity, and what it means to live a full, authentic life. Over time, I realized that therapy isn’t just about coping — it’s about exploring those deeper questions with someone who sees the whole picture. That’s why I do this work. I love helping people uncover what’s been buried under years of pressure, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
What it’s like to work with me.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process where you are always in the lead. You bring the map of your life, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and the tools to help shine a light on the parts that feel unclear or hidden. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in deep listening. I use psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks to help us explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present. We will work together to understand patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change that feels true to who you are.
Credentials and Training
I take this work seriously, and I want you to feel confident that you are in capable hands. I’ve completed a rigorous, accredited counseling program and continue to receive weekly supervision to support your care. My education and experience are grounded in both clinical training and genuine compassion.
While I earned my degree from a Christian university, my work is not faith-based, and I don’t practice from a Christian framework. I welcome clients from all (or no) spiritual backgrounds, and I love exploring life’s meaning—whether that comes through religion, spirituality, science, or somewhere in between for you.

You’re not broken. You’re not weak. You’re human.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or just plain exhausted from trying to hold it all together, I want you to know you are not alone. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Therapy is a space where you get to show up exactly as you are. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you begin to reconnect with your most authentic self.
You are not broken. You are human. And healing is possible.
