Therapy That Fits Your Life
1 on 1 Therapy Sessions
$135
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy for adults living in Missouri and Kansas. You can meet with me in my cozy office in the West Bottoms area of Kansas City, or connect from the comfort of your home through secure video sessions.
Getting Started is Simple
Step 1: Book a Free 15-minute Consultation
This quick call gives us a chance to talk about what you’re going through and what kind of support you’re looking for. I’ll answer any questions you have and help you decide if we’re a good fit before committing to a full session.
We’ll meet weekly, either in my West Bottoms office or virtually from anywhere in Missouri or Kansas. Sessions are tailored to your goals, whether that’s managing stress, building confidence, or navigating relationships more effectively.
Step 2: Start Therapy In-Person or Online
Step 3: Feel More Like Yourself Again
With each session, you’ll learn tools to calm your nervous system, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with what matters most. Therapy isn’t just about coping—it’s about creating real, lasting change in how you feel day to day.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to move through life doing everything you're “supposed” to do — checking the boxes, meeting expectations — and still feel completely disconnected from yourself. I've always been drawn to big questions about meaning, identity, and purpose, and therapy felt like a space where those questions could be explored with honesty and compassion. I genuinely love helping people uncover who they are beneath the pressure, the performance, and the self-doubt. There’s something powerful about watching someone rediscover their voice and start building a life that actually fits who they are. It’s an honor to walk alongside people on that journey.

FAQs
-
Your first full session is a time for us to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, talk through your goals, and begin building a safe, supportive space for healing. There’s no pressure—we move at your pace.
-
That’s exactly what the free discovery call is for. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, and if it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward. If not, I’m happy to refer you to someone who might be a better match.

I don't currently accept insurance. However, I offer self-pay at a rate of $135 per 50-minute session for individual therapy sessions and $150 for couples therapy sessions. Click Here for more info on my rates.

We’ll typically meet weekly, especially for the first six months. Weekly sessions give us the consistency needed to build a strong relationship, understand patterns, and start creating lasting change. This regular rhythm supports deeper work and helps you get more out of the process. After six months, we’ll check in on how things are progressing, but in most cases, weekly sessions continue to offer the most benefit.

That’s totally okay. There’s no pressure to show up with a plan or have it all figured out. We can sit in the quiet for a moment, follow whatever’s showing up that day, or just see where the conversation takes us. You don’t need to have an agenda, just bring yourself.

There are no quick fixes when it comes to real, lasting change. Especially in depth-oriented work, it takes time to untangle patterns, understand where they come from, and begin to shift them. Some people start to notice changes early on, but therapy is often most effective when given space to unfold. We’ll keep checking in along the way to make sure the work is meaningful and aligned with what you’re hoping for.

That’s more common than you might think, and it doesn’t mean you failed or that therapy can’t help. Different approaches resonate in different ways. The kind of work I offer often feels different than what people have experienced before: it’s deeper, more reflective, and focused on making sense of the patterns and experiences that shape how you show up in the world. If you’re open to a fresh start, we can explore what that might look like together.

If you're human and hurting, you're welcome here. I work with people across a wide range of identities, backgrounds, and experiences. You don’t need to have it all figured out or fit a certain mold. Whether you show up queer or straight, single or partnered, religious or questioning, high-achieving or exhausted, neurodivergent, spiritual, skeptical, or somewhere in between, there’s room for all of it here. All the messy, complicated parts are welcome too. There's no need to edit, I won't judge.
